Place is usually busy when I try and go here but the line always moves quickly and the burgers are always delicious.

I just visited this location and after I placed my order the lady asked if that was all I didn 't see on the screen an item I order and asked the lady and in a really rude way she said is that it? And did not confirm if my item was placed. When Iapproached to the window she was giving me my order and I asked her If I could get Ketchup but she just scream at me to take thebag. I ask for her manager 's name and she said that she didn 't know it? I asked for name and she said that she didn 't have togive me her name. I asked her to see her name tag, she just ignores me and closed the window. This is the second time this ladygives me a really bad actitude.

Used the mobile app to order our food, showed up 25mins after we ordered, they left our food on the counter and someone else took it, had to wait for them to remake my order. The younger girl up front with the curly black hair at the cash registersneezed into her gloved hands laughed about it and Did not wash her hands just changed her gloves. I've worked in food serviceyour handling other people's food you need to wash your hands. I suggest using the drive thru ignorance is bliss or go to carlsjr down the road.

For me this one has been consistent and they ones working drive thru are always nice and get the order right.
