McDonald’s is really cool place for breakfast and coffee. The staff is super friendly. The service is good and mcd looks super cool

Was very disappointed with the drive through when we came to eat our food that they’re was a hair on the Big Mac so we couldn’t eat it. Just god damn unhygienic everyone should be wearing hair nets. I will not be coming back

Asked for a quarter pounder no cheese. I asked them to check no cheese. It had cheese. Went back and they replaced with a burger in pieces!!!!!!! For gods sake. Avoid

Only 20 minutes early because they decided to give the just eat driver the wrong order!! Ordered a happy meal with chicken nuggets as my daughter is allergic to the burgers! 2 brownies and a frozen strawberry lemonade to then receive a cheese burger happy meal with a extra cheese burger and a coke! No brownies no frozen strawberry lemonade, to then phone the store for the lady on the phone to tell me to contact just eat as they can't do anything because they don't have delivery drivers from the store! No apology to the fact they sent the wrong order and didn't even acknowledge the fact my daughter was allergic to the burgers they had sent!! This store do not care about there customers.

I been with my mate to drive true Kensington macdonalds Liverpool we bought three cheese burgers and small fries and chocolate we came back home for eat when we opened one of the cheeseburgers it was thirty and It had fallen apart,It was clear that he fell on the ground as a staff mistake for sure because There was dirt on his bread , I just wanna say It is very embarrassing,A company this big has people working in it who play with the lives of customers,I took a picture and I will show this film and picture all over England.
