simple and hearty eating cheap. not very child-friendly, because there are no high chairs and the room is narrow.

Staying on a sixties and seventies note, Soul Cafe is a fab independent cafe that's clearly in thrall to the great voices of soul.

I had 30 minutes to spare this morning to grab a light breakfast and cuppa so when I saw that Soul Cafe was empty, bar a table of 2 who already had drinks,
