We always get a cinnamon roll for dessert to share and it is to die. We also buy a bread to take with us, but it does not take very long; I could eat here every day!
Touch of Home Bakery. This little Mennonite restaurant is worth the trouble to find. It 's off the Interstate a couple of miles in the little college town of Livingston Al. But this place is awesome!! They have real down home cooking and homemande bread, cakes, pies, and pastries. The Mennonites sure know how to bake and cook!! I 've never, never had anything there that was not good. It 's all homemade and fresh. They have a taco salad that is incredible and HUGE! Three people could eat it. They are not open on weekends or evenings. But this place is worth going to no matter how out of the way it is. It doesn 't take but about 10 min. from I-59 South at the Livingston exit to get to it, so take time to go try it. You won 't be sorry.

Mennonite breakfast and lunch. This is the best restaurant in the Black Belt areas of West Alabama. It doesn't look like much but they make the best stick-to-your-ribs type of down home food I have ever had in a restaurant. It is not open on weekends or nights. It is not easy on or off the interstate but If you like food this is some place to check out. Don't miss the pies!
This restaurant was suggested to me. And I'm glad that I went. Everything was wonderful and staff was great. Clean and the guests at the restaurant was happy to tell me about the city and people!!! Can't wait to go back. Great prices
