Chicken Express has some of the best fried chicken in Central Texas. Very crispy, juicy, and not greasy. But.....if you like and want some fried chicken gizzards....well then, you don't need to look any further than a Chicken Express. I know. I know! Chicken gizzard aren't the most healthy of food items available. But, if you get a hankering for some, you won't go wrong with Chicken Express. Food: 5
