When we entered the room, we noticed a hole in the bathroom wall, dirty floors, and no hot water for a shower. The owner confirmed the lack of hot water. Additionally, the heater in the room was making loud knocking and banging sounds. The owner suggested another room and a refund, but we never received the refund as promised. We decided to leave and drive back home instead of staying in the unpleasant room. Our experience was not enjoyable, and we felt that the owner took our money without providing a satisfactory resolution.

I went to BFI for the first time yesterday. When we arrived, the restaurant was empty. We were seated by a window where there was no fire going, so I was cold and had to keep my winter jacket on the entire time. Unfortunately, the staff did not offer to turn on the fire.

The new owners of BFI are fantastic and have a goal of making it the top restaurant/bar on the mountain. The menu is delicious and they offer daily specials.

My family and I went for an adventure and had dinner here on a whim. The food and service was excellent but above all the atmosphere was fantastic. Everyone should check it out and enjoy nature on the way.
