Cold Stone Creamery - Lodi

Ordered 2 Love it's off of uber eats so both should have been medium sized an 1 dipped cone. Received 1 medium love it) and 1 small like it) and no dipped cone. Yes the girl told me I could come get it but I've paid a whole delivery fee and whateverelse fee to have it delivered bc I'm a truck driver.

A family member picked up the cake for me since it was already paid for, and it looked terrible! The employee did not follow through on her promise to fix it. The cake had a pink border and was all smeared—by far the worst cake I’ve ever purchased. It was so unpresentable that I couldn’t serve it at the party and had to rush to Nothing Bundt Cakes to get a replacement. When I tried to speak to the manager or owner, the employee who messed up my cake said she would have them call me, but they never did. When I called back, she told me the owner and manager didn't want to speak with me and then hung up on me. When I called again, she told me to come into the store so she could confront me in person. How unprofessional can you get? It's shocking how places can hire such individuals. Because of this experience, I will never return to Cold Stone or recommend it to anyone else!

During my last two visits, Michael has been incredibly helpful. Not only did he ensure our order was perfect, but his outstanding customer service also made a real difference. He is a valuable member of the team!
