Chili's Grill - Logan

Their food is pretty good but I’ve never been particularly blown away by anything except their lava cake and chips salsa? (and I’ve tried a variety of things from their menu). Speaking of that, my last visit was a little disappointing bc they wouldn’t allow us to use our chili’s member free chips salsa deal (that you can get every visit) at the same time as a free dessert reward. I understand the reward policy but I feel like the “every time” rewards should be separate from the “every once in a while” rewards.

In the rule they have a great experience here, but only tried to stop at this last weekend. it was said that it would wait for a 10 minutes to wait 20 minutes to have the waiter seat someone who came to us. before us. extremely annoying when she didn't even take our names down. we should sit down. then continued to put all the other names on a waiting list.

Our server was friendly and attentive. I have the Cilantro-Lime carne asada and it was delicious. I also enjoyed the white spinach queso.

This was the worst EVER! The service was horrible. We went for lunch ! I got a bowl of soup and hubby got the sample plate.. 45 minutes later we got our food. The soup was horrible. The sample plate was great! But the waitress was horrible! Servicehorrible! So sad too. We used to love chili's! This one visit. ... made me not a fan

My wife and I were here to eat. we love eating here and not disappointing this time! I had the 10oz sirloin and my wife had chicken. both were delicious! we sat at the bar and our server was very fast and helpful. we're coming back!
