Springwood macdonalds - Logan City

The staff at the restaurant provided excellent customer service this morning, despite facing technical difficulties that caused some orders to be missed, including mine. They made the effort to follow up on the orders and ensure that everyone received the correct items. They were very polite and apologetic for the delay. I was very impressed with their professionalism and hope they give themselves a well-deserved pat on the back.

I recently stopped by for an early breakfast at this restaurant as my team works overnight shifts. The staff member working alone was incredibly sweet, wearing the striped McCafe uniform and referring to us as "love." Having worked in fast food myself, I know the stress of being understaffed during busy times, but she handled it with ease and was delightful.

We ordered three boxes of the golden delicious nuggets (24 pieces each) and they were hot and fresh! We were impressed and delighted by the large order. Thank you!

I went for breakfast. First and last time. The person putting the muffins together has a nasal drip and i watched him repeatedly wipe the snot dripping from his nose onto his wrist just above his gloves. I threw my muffins in the bin. I...felt like vomiting at the mere thought of eating snot contaminated muffins. Avoid this place if you care about your health.

It was a damn hot Saturday and I went and ordered 3 frozen cokes. The store was busy with customers and I understand that I have to wait a little longer, but expect that I get what I ordered. I didn't. One frozen coke was...so full that it was bursting through the top and leaking all over the place. The other two were barely half full and looked so weak in flavour. Literally Ice with a little bit of coke splashed over the top. Get your act together.
