The automated robo-voice in the drive-thru asking “woukd you like to try…?” is annoying as it is, but the fact it doesn't even do anything makes it even worse. I told it “no”, then waited 4 minutes. Another csr pulled in to the other side of the drive-thru and was helped right away. We get McD's for the kids about once a week. This location only when it's more convenient, and I have to remember to bring paper towels because they hand the root beers over with the cups covered in root beer. A … – show
Always fast and the food is hot and the staff is very friendly. I like the young man who says hey when you get to the window to pay he's always cheerful and polite.
Did not get the right food. No napkins or cutlery for my side order of pancakes. No butter or syrup either. The new cashier could not provide a printed receipt with our payment on the mobile McDonald's application. It was a bad visit all the way around. This was the Hanover Park, IL location to be clear.
The biggest problem I have is parking is quite limited and you have to be very careful with young kids because the drive-through is right there and it might be dangerous when the kids start running while someone else is in a hurry to get to the drive-through.
