Still a nameless entrance I don't know why, but my loved one stopped against it, let's go in. O.K., an attempt was worth it, and in retrospect it would have been very bad if we had not entered here. Because it was worth it! After entering the restaurant, you are in the middle of the buffet. If you turn right before, you get to the empty area on the glass front to the square in front of the civic house we had seen before. If you go through the buffet area, a new world opens. And here was operation! At least about 5 tables were usually occupied at the glass front to the back with a view of a small pond. We were surprised, because from the outside impression we had not expected such a thing. We were looking for a place at the window overlooking the pond full of ducks (the duck on my plate later hopefully did not come from this pond. A young man asked us if we wanted to eat from the buffet or a la carte, and we both chose the latter. Even though the buffet looked quite appetizing in passing, we had no desire for it from bad experience elsewhere. The next surprise was the small menu. Including supplements and dessert there were only 55 different dishes. In addition, 8 lunches of high speed between 7 and 9 Euros, with a spring roll or day soup included. If one is otherwise beaten by hundreds of dishes in the menu, which differ in part only by adding a single ingredient, the selection was easy to meet here and also the impression that one knows what to do and concentrates on the few dishes. I once again ventured to duck with vegetables and chose a Beijing soup in advance. To all this we ordered a large bottle of mineral water. The first impression was good, and we realized that there was much less decoration than otherwise in Asian restaurants, which was more tolerable to the atmosphere. It could have been a bit more salt, but again: better than different! The spring role in itself looked great and was one of the biggest specimens we've ever seen. And then the words of my Holden: I have never seen such an appetizing spring role! . Both from outside and from inside. That looked self-made. Nothing boiled or filthy. On the contrary. All components clean and recognizable cut and well cooked. Really delicious! The attached sauce was just a bit much, perhaps as a compensation for it being a little watery. We got so slowly the impression that with the otherwise well-known Chinese asian friendliness it was not far here.
