Amaretto Hendon - London

I’ve been an Amaretto (Edgware restaurant) customer for some time and I was very happy when they opened the one in Hendon because it’s closer to me. Couple weeks ago I went there with my daughter and ordered some pastas. One carbonara, one bolognese and they were a joke. I got a carbonara with cream and parsley and my daughter got an awful bolognese. I’m assuming the chef just quit and the waiter had to cook because there’s no way an italian restaurant will serve a dish like that. On a good note the appetiser and the service was great. Probably I won’t go there again.

Dropped in twice for breakfast, friendly welcome, great decor and excellent breakfast that was very well priced. Very handy for the tube as well.

We ate here almost on a whim. Staying at a nearby hotel, we wanted somewhere convenient and attractive. Choosing the Amaretto based on previous reviews, we were not disappointed. The staff were warm and welcoming. We had the linguini dish with bacon, chili and aubergine which to say it was a generous portion would still be erring on the conservative side. We had the Chicken with garlic sauce and a side of French Fries. The sauce was excellent while the chicken was so tender I thought it wanted a cuddle. Seriously, it was a lovely meal for us both and a place we would heartily recommend.

I’ve been regularly ordering from Amaretto in JustEat and Uber Eats. Every time the order came extremely fast and super hot. Food is always super tasty! This time we had some issues whit quality of our pizza. I’ve called the restaurant and the problem has been solved by manager extremely fast and well! Amazing costumer service! Thanks Amaretto Team! You are doing a great job!

The best service and food. They really value their customers. Tony really understands his customers and I highly recommend. We have been eating here for years. Ordering direct is best. Don’t use an app.
