Jak's Mayfair - London

When I arrived one of the lady staff members said we didn't have a booking as was very unhelpful and rude. The venue wasn't very busy and was sat at the bar downstairs. We felt uncomfortable and decided to leave. I was very disappointed as I was very much looking forward to the visit.

Arrived at 8pm to be told we should not have been allowed to book as dining room closed at 9pm! The waitress was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. She poured two very large glasses of wine for us at 9pm to ensure the bottle was finished quickly. My husband pointed out that he while he would pay the service charge he was not happy with the service apparently the service charge had nothing to do with her !

It was a perfect meal, the atmosphere was engaging, the service was simply the best, food fabulous, and date spot on .. more on that another time. Thank you Jaks

Such a lovely restaurant, super cool, great vibe and ambiance. Food was delight and great value. Location super handy. Will defo be back .
