Very good. waitress (we went 18 juni at 14 o'clock) was soou rude! few of my friends who were already there were questioned and asked to go. while they waited for others to arrive - no one even waited and the restaurant was not even packed at that time. when they began to serve the food (in the careless btwish as if they cast almost all on the table lol), we asked for couples of spoons and forks. the waitress came to our table and began to ask if we still use our spoons because – “We don’t have much spoon”. also the same waitress almost spilled a glass soda on my lap, while the table cleared and not even apologized for them. the worst server I've ever met here in london! it was also very obvious that one of my friends celebrated their birthday, but we did not get the 50% discount for their meal (we had balloons and cakes.) did not complain because we really wanted to go after the payment of the bill. the administration should seriously begin to consider all these bad reviews about their server and do something about it.
We recently celebrated our anniversary at Heart Sushi. It was our first time dining here, and we were pleased with everything. The service was quick and the food was of good quality for the price. We didn't try a lot of items as we are not big eaters, but we did have the laughing rolls, which were delicious. For dessert, we enjoyed red bean ice cream and mango sorbet. We were grateful for the experience and would recommend Heart Sushi to others!
We used to go to heart for everything they can eat in the restaurant. we started to pick up during this Covid time when the restaurant was closed. what we have found is that the sushi made for outdoor pickup or delivery, much...better quality than they will get from the restaurant, all they can eat. they take more time, add more ingredients, offer more food and prepare better food when ordered individually from the menu. the collection is in the usually almost, only 15 minutes. that is what we have noticed about heart and her food, so we don't go to the restaurant anymore, we order from the menu. it is more expensive, but for two people, three rolls (two california’s and a dynamite) and some garnel tempoura and a few salat is about $38. They will also take off 10% when they pay money. more than enough to eat, and its very good quality, for sushi in london. we probably do not go back to eat in the restaurant, but surely the order will maintain when they maintain the quality. if they don't, we'll go somewhere else. for others, the restaurant offers everything you can eat, a good version when they eat a lot, and that is recommended in the usually quite acceptable from our experience!
Ordered the teriyaki salmon and beef to go wish the sauce was bit thicker it was very soupy it pooled in the bottom of the bag by the time we got home. Not very pleasant. On another note were were charged $19...when the menu stated $17 when we asked why they said prices changed and that they had posted it on a copy taped to the front window i'm sorry how were we to know that when you hand us a menu with the old prices. Unacceptable.
I ordered delivery from Skip the Dishes and was very disappointed with the chicken teriyaki and salmon teriyaki. The sauce was more like a broth and there were only a few pieces of chicken and a small amount of cabbage and shredded carrot for $17. It was quite pathetic for the price. Eating in the restaurant may be a better option, but I would not recommend ordering the teriyaki dishes.
