Swiss Chalet - London

I placed a large order at this restaurant last Monday and had the pleasure of meeting Anna. Right from the start, I could tell that I was in good hands. I order from multiple restaurants in London twice a month to bring food for residents in long-term care, and often have difficulty due to the size of the order and time constraints. Anna had no trouble accommodating my requests and made me feel confident that everything would go smoothly. When I went to pick up the order on Wednesday, Dave, another manager with a friendly personality, greeted me. He quickly brought out the boxed order, individual receipts, and even helped me carry it to my vehicle. Overall, it was an excellent experience. Your team is doing a great job, keep up the good work!

My mother treated us to dinner at a restaurant that was very crowded, so we opted to order the festive meals to take out. It only took about 25 minutes to get our order and we were ready to go. When we got back home, the meals were carefully boxed and still warm, with some bites even hot. The portions were very generous. Overall, it was a great meal, even though we had it as takeout.

I visited Swiss Chalet today with some friends who wanted to give it a try again after not going for a while. The food was delicious, but what really made the experience exceptional was the outstanding customer service. Our server, Kim, was fantastic. Her upbeat attitude and friendly demeanor really elevated our dining experience to a 5-star level. She provided the best service I have had in a long time. Thanks to Kim, I will definitely be returning and inviting family and friends to join me for a meal at Swiss Chalet.

My friends and I went to this restaurant on a Saturday night. The food arrived quickly, was hot, and delicious. The service was outstanding. The only reason we are giving a lower rating for the atmosphere is that we had trouble finding the entrance door and the restaurant was very noisy. There was nothing to dampen the noise.

My wife is an abusive alcoholic who I stay with for the kids. Once a week I come to Swiss Chalet for the warm smile of Kim. She gives me a week’s worth of happiness and strength. The twinkle in her eye when she places down my meal is the reason I keep going. Her kind heart and soul is why I keep coming back. The decent chicken immediately becomes a gourmet Gordon Ramsey dish as soon as she touches the plate.
