Jersey Mike's Subs - Londonderry

Placed an order over the phone. Pickup was fast and easy. Bread was perfect and not soggy. Turkey was the best followed by steak and cheese and chicken bomb. A little light on the meat but overall it was pretty good. All new restaurants have growing pains. It sounds like they listened to the bad reviews and adjusted. Keep trying to improve and you guys will do just fine. I think you'll do better if you offer delivery and increase the sides available. Sides add margin. Bestof luck. We'll return!

I've been here twice, and their subs are fantastic, i can't lie. The first time i went i waited 30 minutes after already waiting 15 to drive there when they said it could be ready. The manager on shift was quick to give me a free regular sub for my troubles which i appreciate. That's customer service at its best. The wait time was due to not all employees showing up for work or leaving early for whatever reasons and she did her best to bring people in on her day off andstayed the entire day. If i remember correctly she had been there since 5:30 or some crazy early time and this was at night when i went so she was dedicated to making her store be successful. Great job to her!

Edit to my 2 star review went back today Manger was great, store still spotless..... now what made me change it to 4 Stars is bread was soft , a full sandwich of meat not 1/2 full like last visit and they put the peppers in all around a good sandwich. Will revise again to try other stuff. Get outta here with these subway style subs!! I wanted to try it today so went to the londonderry location , store was very clean and looks great, staff great , sandwich (steak andcheese) was a D grade for me . Us new Englanders like a big sandwich for 10$ there was very little steak in it super skinny sandwich ,fatty meat and the sub is super short for the price ...better of going and getting 5$ food longsomewhere.
