The service at this restaurant is poor. The staff needs to be changed, and more attention should be given to this location to prevent ongoing issues with customers. Overall, the service is disappointing.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. It took 25 minutes just to get a Subway sandwich, and when I ordered soup, they suggested microwaving some leftover from the previous day. To make matters worse, they waited until I was about to pay to let me know they only accepted card payments, which was really frustrating. They should definitely have signs indicating this.

The staff here was fantastic! However, I gave a low rating for the atmosphere because during my visit, a family of five came in with some coupons or something and each ordered 2-4 footlongs. It took a long time, and they were quite rude to both the staff and other customers. On a positive note, the new menu is delightful! I highly recommend trying #17 and #33—delicious!
