The Loon Fung might well have been busier than usual but a 70 minute wait for a takeaway with no explanation can never be acceptable. Terrible service. Can never get through by phone- over 80-100 times of re ringing number as always busy! Order a delivery and over 2 hours later no sign of it! Absolutely ridiculous level of service. Friend went into order an hour after I ordered and funnily enough food ready within 25 minutes. Finally got our food nearly 2.5 hours later and to completely ruin the evening prices have risen. Will not be using this restaurant again. Sub standard level of service, put up with the poor excuses for too long! Dietary restrictions: N/A
