Contribuer aux commentairesThis is one of my lunch favorites. Pho is made with veggie broth and has great flavor. Spring rolls with tofu are yummy also. The basil and mint are fresh. You can get pretty much get any of their dishes with tofu instead of meat. And tell them no egg on the stir frys.
I have eaten here many times and I have had various vegan dishes. You can get Pho with tofu and veggie broth, and they have a tofu curry soup, that is oily, but tasty. They also have veggie egg rolls. Most of the vegan dishes are just modification of meat dishes, with tofu, instead, but since I am the only vegan in my family, this is a good option for us.
We visited this restaurant and ordered pho and a noodle bowl. We repeatedly informed the staff about our dietary restrictions, and they assured us that the dishes were appropriate for us. However, when our food arrived, it was lukewarm, so we sent it back. It returned just two minutes later but still had a strange texture. At that point, we decided it wasn't worth getting upset over. The waitstaff was rude, and we even overheard them making rude comments about an overweight customer who had just had a baby. While the atmosphere was nice, I can’t bring myself to give this place more than one star.
I absolutely love the veggie pho here. It's delicious and has been a staple for me for many years. The veggie spring rolls are fantastic as well! You can order them six at a time, which is really convenient.
I usually get the pho with mixed vegetables, and it's always delicious. During my last visit, however, I found the broth to be quite mild. Since I enjoy adding my own flavors, I’ve been making some adjustments at home to enhance the taste. The vegetables are plentiful, well-cooked, and not overwhelming. The dish comes with a generous amount of Thai basil and bean sprouts, along with a slice of lime and some jalapeños. Overall, it’s a satisfying meal!
