One star deduction for poor service (because they were under staffed, not the fault of the staff). The food was awesome though and I had no problems.
White bread and vegan cheese. Not much to say! Fun gourmet soft drinks however.
One of my favorite places to go to. They have an excellent variety of vegan choices and one of the very rare restaurants that offer vegan poutine.
Unfortunately, the restaurant is currently experiencing the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite every table being reserved on a Sunday night and a large group in the back, as well as a busy street terrace, there was only one waitress on duty. While she was friendly, the wait for service was much longer than expected. The food itself was also disappointing, with three out of four members of my family receiving overcooked fish and chips that were mushy. My salmon tartar was not actually tartar, as the salmon was cooked and had a strong seasoning taste. The fries were also small bits, with nothing larger than an inch in size. Overall, we were unimpressed with our meals, especially considering the high price point. It seems that all the restaurants on St. Charles Street are currently experiencing a decline in quality, which cannot be masked by any amount of safety measures in the long run.
