Contribuer aux commentairesOur group decided to give this Thai restaurant a try, as it has been in this location for many years. Most of us aren't huge fans of Thai cuisine, but a few in our party were interested in trying it out. Some of us began with the in-house spring rolls, which were quite tasty. The only dish I was familiar with on the menu was the chicken and shrimp Pad Thai, which several of us ordered and found to be delicious. Another person in our group tried the General Toi chicken and also enjoyed it.
I have been a regular at this restaurant for several years and have never been let down. I particularly enjoy their sushi and crispy noodles, while my boyfriend prefers the sizzling platters with either chicken teriyaki or steak. The staff is excellent, and the recent renovations have really improved the ambiance. The only downside is that service can be a bit slow for large groups, but with a smaller party, the service is efficient.
I had heard that the sushi at this restaurant was supposed to be excellent, but I was very disappointed with my experience. The sushi was too salty, with too much sugar in the sauce. It didn't taste good and the texture was off. If you're looking for great sushi, this is not the place to go. However, the other Japanese dishes on the menu seem to be fine.
