Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen - Longview

The chicken Alfredo pasta was really good and was very filling. The Monte Cristo was absolutely divine. The raspberry jam was amazing and that’s coming from someone that doesn’t even like raspberries. I was a little unsure about the sand which being deep fried and although the taste/texture was different, it was amazing.

Food was good. Service was 5 star for sure. Would go back..

The Wisconsin cheese bites are moist and scruptious, the hand made ranch dip is excellent. Also ordered the 8oz serloin with chicken strips dinner that came with 2 sides, the broccoli Mac and cheese casserole X2 is very delicious. Waitress Quintana is very professional, considerate, and curtious.

Mediocre. Dined at 4:30 PM. Nothing complicated, just a cheeseburger and fries and a kids burger meal. They were not busy at all. The service was excellent. The food was not. Both burgers were burned. Past the char phase. Fries were near burned. We were starving so we just ate it. Usually this Cheddar's is really good. I hope it was just a new chef or something. The waitress was a doll. We didn't complain and she got an excellent tip. I'll go here again of course but maybe will wait a little longer than my normal once a month.

The waitress was nice. She was attentive to our needs, but also gave us time and space to enjoy our conversation. The food was good and filling.
