Papa John's Pizza - Longview

I used to enjoy Papa John's but stopped ordering from them for a long time due to the terrible customer service. The employees were rude on the phone and in the restaurant. However, I decided to give them another chance tonight and was pleasantly surprised. The person who took my order was very kind and polite. When I went to pick up my order, the person behind the counter was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I had ordered three cheese sauces, and he checked my order before I left and realized they were missing. He quickly corrected the mistake for me. When I got home, I noticed that the restaurant was under new management. I was thrilled with the changes that had been made. I am looking forward to ordering my favorite pizza from Papa John's again. Thank you to the staff and the new manager for the great experience. Others could definitely learn a lot from them.

I am very happy with this papa johns. I had orders last time. they repaired it and made it right. I had pictures, and it didn't agree with the quittung so they knew that I didn't just try to get a free pizza. thank you. papa! johns for the repair, and for the ingenious filled crust it was amazing.

The staff are all very friendly! they make them feel like they are their favorite customers, call them after their name and remember their favorite elements on the menu, etc. it is very clean in the restaurant. her menu always has great price specialties and they get food that is made perfect. try their filled crust pizza with buffalo sauce and whistle, add them extra cheese! it's delicious! I can’t say enough about this particular papa john’s pizza. I always order a few extra pfeffers with my food and they always know that it is my order. I always open the door to big smiles and friendly words. eating is always done right, and that keeps me back! I drive 2 hours to get papa john’s pizza, that should say everything!
