Origami is one of the fanciers, more demanding places in Los Alamos. For me it was love at first glance... I remember when I was here for the first time. My boss took me for lunch and he wanted some sushi. Personally, I never had sushi and never had Japanese meals. It was great, such a great first experience! Your staff is amazing: very attentive and well maintained. Decoration and serving meals creates a soothing and relaxing atmosphere where you can enjoy your delicious food and forget your daily problems. Yes, it's a bit expensive, but when you come during lunchtime, you get the lunch special that is perfect when you're on a budget. I'm back, guaranteed!
If you want to drink water or rice on your reels, this is not the place for you. Water will never be replenished and rolls hardly measure less than a quarter coin in diameter, only enough to assemble a fiber sliver of ingredients on the menu. Pickup orders are always prioritized to eat, so if you decide to sit down, everything is a wait. EDIT: This place really turned around 5/5
Expensive Japanese and Korean food, but very worth the cost. The wait is sometimes long during rush hour, but definitely worth the wait. The employees are nice and is very clean. Has good decoration that creates a nice mood!
Fish was absolutely not fresh. If you are not willing to buy or serve fresh fish, do not put sushi on the menu. In addition, you do not tell a customer that your fish is fresh when you know that it is certainly not.
