La Pizza La Pasta Eataly L.a.

The food at this restaurant is terrible. The bruschetta was served on a piece of wheat bread with only a few tomatoes. The pasta was flavorless. We also ordered a calzone, but it never arrived so we had to cancel it. We were looking forward to trying the restaurant, but left feeling very disappointed.

Appetizer and dinner 25.00 per person. Fresh and scrumptious. Ravioli was amazing.

We 've been to the restaurant several times and maybe it was just an off night? Pizza was soggy when it hit the table, one of the two pasta dishes was completely unbalanced carbonara should be integrated instead of all the bacon, etc, on the bottom of the pile of rigatoni, which was chewey. Our server was AWESOME but sometimes we 're not in the mood to complain. We 'll try again for sure.

My experience at La Pizza La Pasta had its highs and lows. While the pizza consistently meets expectations, the service left something to be desired. From the host who rolled his eyes when asked if my son and I could sit somewhere else, to our server whospilled water on my feet and overlooked providing a napkin or cleaning the floor. On a positive note, the hardworking runners seemed to take charge, prompting me to tip one more generously than our server. Despite the service hiccup, the flavorful pizza remains a highlight of the dining experience.

Absolutely delicious as always! Ambience at Eataly is second to none. Always a pleasure to go!
