Panera Bread - Los Gatos

Ordered a Barbecue Chicken salad received a totally different salad with no chicken and only barbecue sauce.

Came for a quick bite at 3 pm. Must be a staffing shortage or on breaks: overflowing trash, unstocked utensils, long wait for orders with only one person visible in the kitchen. Eventually, all hands came back on deck.

Had my husband stop by after running errands to pick up some chicken noodle soup while I was at home and sick with a baby. I was mind blown to see the $22 group size soup consisted of 80% broth, barely enough for one serving. Horrible value for the price I really hope no one is purchasing this expecting to feed a family. Never again.

My daughter and I craved soup while we were passing town. We enjoyed the soups and salad.

As I was waiting for my food the employee zoraida was yelling at every person in the kitchen telling them to go back to there homeland and that there useless and when I told her to be more polite she continued to roll her eyes at me and after said people are to sensitive. I was very uncomfortable with her as I also speak spanish and understood everything
