Mcdonald's - Los Lunas

I'd give zero stars!! They refused to sell us the triple cheeseburger meal Every McDonald's has. When we went to the better one and asked them about it they also said every McDonald's has it. Their customer service is horrible.

The last time I went to this McDonald's it was a terrible experience! I placed my order and they gave it to the wrong car so they continued to help 7 cars... They brought my order finally and it was incorrect twice!! When I spoke to the manager she acted like she couldn't care less about my poor experience. Very sad!!

First of all if you order in the App they send you to the second window 75% of the time and take forever to give your food . They forgot my drink so I sent my son in to go get it . They wouldn't give it to him says he wasn't charged for it even though clearly oh my receipt it says I was . 6 people up there looking at me like I'm stupid and still won't give me my cup after I showed them a receipt and that I was charged for it . They claim it's a problem in the app ?? Makes no sense because after I showed them the receipt they should of gave me my drink . After raising my voice only did I get my cup and it was a here just take it ?? Excuse me but I paid for it . It should of been I'm sorry we forgot your drink . Horrible customer service! 30 minutes to get food in a drive thru is ridiculous by time I was able to eat our food was cold .

They always make us wait a very long time for door dash orders, then cancel the order without notification. Sometimes, we have sat waiting almost an hour on a couple of days ?‍

Morning shift is cool but night shift needs to get it together. every time I go during the evening my drinks watered down and my stuff always has cheese and mayo in it,when I ask for their not to be. Everytime I tell the girl thank you at the window she slams the window on me and goes yup when I am always respectful and on top of that today my tea looked like bright pee and tasted watered down and magically alk the fries where cooked except for one RAW french fry that I bit and almost threw up it 's almost like they do it on purpose cause when I worked in fast food I never did this
