Nouvelle Bottle - Louisville

Loves the wine selection here. Like lighting. I see it as a great place for Date Night or Girl Night. My favorite was the caramel chocolate.

How sweet is this place!!! Even the bathroom! The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. They had a wide range of things. 10/10

John and the staff in Nouvelle were fantastic!! The Nouvelle spray was perfect.

We finished the evening in the Nouvelle Weinbar. If you haven't been here yet, this is such a chic yet comfortable experience. This is also in the heart of Niloo, but it has such a great casual ambience. The summer time I have a wonderful terrace that lets you forget that you have been in the middle of downtown today since New Year. We'll be right there after it turned 12 A! So we spent our first hours of the new year here. The ambience is beautiful. We had a place on a cozy couch and ordered champagne. The selections were from this world for vacation. The opener of the wine bar is a degree 3 sommelier. So you know it's going to be incredible and it lived up to the hype. This was a wonderful way to ring in the new year. You have courses on wine and beautiful music evenings to come in spring/summer. I am only grateful for this wonderful discovery and wine!

New Year's Eve in here was awesome! The place was packed but we were able to walk right in and get a bottle of champagne from the bar top. They do ask that if you plan to drink outside that you use their plastic glassware which they provided for us since it was so packed inside. No heaters were outside but the weather was nice so we didn't mind but may be something they could consider for those chilly nights to accommodate more people!
