Qdoba Mexican Eats - Louisville

Service here is horrible. Staff is rude, restaurant is dirty, I walked out without ordering as did others. Fire the GM (they obviously should not hold that title)!

I do not recommend this Qdoba to literally anyone. PORTION SIZE IS ALWAYS HORRIBLE. The older Hispanic man who is the GM i think is incredibly rude. As well as the older Hispanic woman. I went in the store and they were training a new employee and he messedup my order. She took a spoon and scooped up the ingredients and put it back in the bowl for the next customer. I have contactedQdoba customer care (who?s very nice) and have since then been compensated for my experience, but I would choose any otherlocation than this one.

Service was good[they was fast] chips was extremely stale and bland, coke machine had like 5 options. They put barley any meat on your burrito. There food also seemed to make us sick me and my girlfriend had stomach aches about 30-40 minutes after eatingthere. DO NOT EAT THERE!

This place was very clean. The stars were really nice. The food quantity was large. Very happy with my meal

Coke machine still broke. No A/C on lunch break and sat outside luckily it's only 85° and humid cause it could have been worse. Food was good, no wait, but I think I know why no wait if this is how this store has been operating. With all the other optionsnear by.
