Half the menu wasn't available. Tables are really sticky. Dishes served were super loaded with spices and oil. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Very bad experience., used to have better service in the past. ordered 8 items, and received 6, received cheese sandwich X2 in stead of two Kebab orders. Secondly the person on counter was rude and was not communicative but would only stare when said I am here to pick up online order and gave the name. the chicken in the kebab was half cooked, which I had to throw away as it was raw, as well as you could see the raw spices and they were still soupy and not cooked which is not usual for a Kebab order. There was no rice and the cashier mentioned that without offering a replacement. It was as if they are doing a favor to the customer. I asked for a replacement and they gave me regular breads over nun breads. I asked for reimbursements for two orders which I never received, and still awaiting to get the money back. If the service remains the same, the store will deteriorate soon. I called again to let the manager know. I called twice and gave them my number for a call back from the manager for the half cooked chicken which could be a public hazard and never heard back from the authority. It used to be one of my top places to go eat in Louisville but that's a no no at this point. They need to treat their customers well, that's the bottom line.
