Window clerk was very nice and very well spoken. Actually went to 2 other locations all on Dixie Hwy in Louisville Ky.

My order got mixed up. It worked out in my favor. I got a lot of free food!!! Love it

Food is almost always good.They have new things on the menu also sell slushies Cheese rings are so good

The staff was horrible. From the moment we pulled up to order our food to the time they handed it to us, they were rude. I said nothing to upset them. The lady that took our order dropped my food into my lap then slammed the window closed. She then proceeded to scream at the top of her lungs to someone in the store. Avoid this place. Ratchet...

Can't really review because I couldn't get any service. I stood waiting to give my order for well over 5 minutes. They saw me, they walked past me 10 times, they just didn't talk to or interact with me, once. IDK if it was a racial thing or what. It disappoints me, but it is what it is. Won't come back.
