I'd give zero stars if I could. This is our usual place to go if we want to get out. Tonight was out of control! I understand that there are personnel problems. We're there at 5:45-6. We've been waiting for a long time. When people came to the bathroom, we noticed that other tables that sat long after us began to get food there. There were three tables after us that got their food. I asked the waiter why. He said he didn't know. Could you find out? He waited another 15 minutes and then asked to speak with the mgr. At this point, three tables got their food. I said, please explain to me why everyone sits after us, get their food. Their statement was that they were short employees and our food was in the window. I really hope they will be trained on the organization of skills.
Good service and fish was good. The only thing I didn't like was that the fish was put on the pommes. It made it hard to eat the fish and the fries soggy.
Good Queen fish on chips, together with the färgers a mash.
Delicious food and amazing service and we got seated right away on a Friday at 5:30pm! We got the Traditional English Fish Chips. The price was about $18 per plate but you get a lot of food! The plate comes with a cup of creamy cole slaw, tartar, pub fries (they were wide cut fries, lightly coated with a batter) and a huge piece of deish fish (not sure but I think it was haddock). We also had yummy deep fried Calamari and Artichoke n Spinach dip appetizers that were amazing (Served with deep fried pita bread wedges, carrot celery sticks, broccoli and cucumber) very hearty and yummy appetizer. It was very good all around! I will go back for sure,
