Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen - Lubbock

Yesterday me and my bf went to cheddars and we had gotten our usual plates. I got the new Orleans pasta which I recommend. And I also got a island tiki . The customer service is always above and beyond.. thank you for that

Despite the long wait during their dinner rush, we were attended to properly and were checked on appropriately. The complimentary croissants at the beginning of the meal was a very nice touch. Our server was courteous and kind, as well as entertaining. The ordering process went well, as our server was able to elaborate on the details of both meals and drinks in order to ensure that there was no confusion. He was patient with us when we were still deciding what to eat, and allowed us to ask any question we had about the menu. After we ordered, the food came out after an appropriate amount of time, nice and hot. The food was delicious (try out the Buffalo Chicken Wrappers) as well were the drinks. The raw veggies tasted fresh and the chicken both cooked and juicy. French fries and homemade ranch were so good! Overall, it was a great experience and I had a blast while I was there. The only negative thing I could note is the state of the bathrooms in terms of cleanliness, but considering it was dinner rush, there isn't much that can be done.

Update Food is very delicious and plenty. Prices are fantastic. Plenty of food. Tasty rolls prior to your meal.

I remember the Cheddar’s I went to in Midland. I never reviewed it. Because I didn’t want to say anything bad. This Cheddars in Lubbock is FANTASTIC. I got the best Waitress. She was very attentive. We chatted awhile, and when she brought my Monti Christo to me and I took my very first bite? I felt as though I was in Heaven. It was prepared to perfection. I hadn’t gad one if these Sandwiches in almost 30 years. So it brought back great memories.

Great place for homestyle meal. The prices were great for the quality of food we received.
