This was an average Fuddruckers experience (I've been eating at Fuddruckers in Dallas for two or three decades) with a cashier who was delightfully patient and helpful with my twin granddaughters who had never been there before and were trying to figure out what to order. She was worth at least one star!
1/2 pound burger was yummy, made well to my order of medium. I gave 4 's for food because the hash browns were over fried.
I used to love coming here. Now, it’s kind of meh. The burgers still taste good but I miss the sesame seeds on the top of the bun, the “skinny fries” are not skinny they’re regular fries, and the ranch is thick, not thin like it used to be. I’ll still come back, though, because I’m going to give them the benefit of the doubt and say it’s because of Covid. I came back again to give them another chance and somehow it’s worse.
Food was good, but there was a line inside the restaurant with a 30 minute wait to place an order. I just ordered a salad, but had to wait about another 30 minutes to receive that. There was only one cashier. The restaurant was apparently short staffed all around. Some businesses are still operating in Covid-19 mode.
