The crust on hand toss pizza is nasty my kids wouldn't even eat it and pizza is there favorite food I will not be ordering that again

Always order here but tonight i waited in the drive thru for 20 mins went inside my order still wasn't ready everyone waiting inside had been waiting for awhile...
