The Tea Room - Ludlow

I took my mother for the afternoon tea. Really disappointing and very expensive. Very rough waitress and quality of food was very bad. Restaurant was not very clean and several dogs in the restaurant. The money not worth

Excellent exprocedur form review in, on the quality of our room and in particular the high and frendly quality of service in the restaurant. the food I have to say was exceptional to take time to understand our dietary equipment. Definitely will come back

Eating was good, but we told them we were vegetarian at booking and TWICE verbally and they brought another meat afternoon tea. Servers were at least polite and apologetic.

What a beautiful place, the staff are welcoming, helpful and friendly and the food was amazing! Both I and my husband could not harm the food or service and really enjoyed our evening.

The restaurant has a potential but few things were disappointing in this experience. We came down to the restaurant and we were waiting to be seated the staff was playing with another customers dog. The prices in the menu were different than the one on the bill which I think is unacceptable. Due to being a vegetarian I am always checking the menu in advance to be sure that I will have something to eat. The menu on the website was different with the presented menu. The food was really nice and the staff was nice and polite. The restaurant has a potential to be great with few corrections would be perfect experience. Sad that it wasn't.
