For the first time, it started that the waiter had not given a drink card to one of our colleagues, although it had clearly asked. The statement was that there were none. Then the food was distributed and there were problems with the salad, as two employees had stayed at the dressing . The cellar became increasingly rude, almost snippy. In the end, several colleagues had a problem with the scavenger, which was partly sour or burnt. Dealing with the complaint was underground. It was hit over the guest, cut a piece and then rejected the complaint. The scavenger was initially simply ignored. No thanks again
We have often been in this restaurant, food and ambience was always ok, we come back from time to time. Yesterday I was there for lunch with my wife and my brother. The place was about 3/4 occupied. After we had the drinks and the food was ordered, I fell on the ground in front of our and the neighboring table. When looking closer, I realized a about 4 cm long kitchen treasure. I immediately drew attention to the waitress. She looked at the insect, renounced the face and told her to pass on it immediately. Then she brought the food and noticed her colleague would take care of the matter. We followed throughout the food, as the insect was everywhere on the ground, under tables etc., eventually crawled somewhere and was no longer visible. No one cares about the staff, no one came to take care of them. This behaviour makes us assume that such incidents occur more often and no one really interferes with it. Also, we ask ourselves the question of what it might look like in the kitchen. Whether these nice animals are at home? For us, one thing is certain, we will never have a foot in this place.
Hello, I was with you today, I would like to advise absolutely. I didn't like it at all like the boy man was made behind the vault, absolute no go. Working clumsy I felt very bad that staff was increasingly annoyed and the shops were not to be missed. Terrible relaxation.
Had ordered crispy duck. We were served at the third two foods and the service asked me if I weren't eating. I said I ordered duck. You went to the kitchen and said you could quickly finish the duck, but you could not do it quickly because you hadn't even started it. No info from the service that had more important to do (count with acquaintances). I then ordered the food, as the others were ready with your food. Hunger was over. Operation still asked if everything was fine hahaha
Mayer Bräu offers very tasty beers including seasonal specialities. The dishes are classic German and Palatinate/regional. The carving and the salad with ragsteak strips were very delicious. At salad was quite a lot of sauce, who doesn't like much sauce, should tell. Pommes salt was used, who doesn't like it, the roast potatoes are recommended. The Tyrolean Stube, a converted ancillary room, looks very nice, here it can be sitting very well and was not so loud.
