These cupcakes were simply exceptional! I was looking for high-quality cupcakes for my 30th birthday party, but amidst the holiday rush, I completely forgot to order treats for my special day. Grandough Baking Co. was incredibly accommodating when I placed my order during the week of the event, and they provided the best strawberry and German chocolate cupcakes I have ever tasted. The quality was evident in every aspect—the cupcakes, the frosting, and even the presentation. We drove 50 minutes to pick up our order, and we will definitely make this trip again for all our future celebrations.

I bought some treats yesterday at the Texas Blueberry Festival, and they were absolutely delicious! Everything was perfect—so yummy! The young man who assisted me was really friendly, too. I just wish I lived closer to your bakery, as I’m in Conroe. I would definitely be a loyal customer!

I delivered food there today, and the lady at the counter gave me chocolate-covered strawberries. That was such a nice gesture to extend such a good customer service to someone who didn't buy anything. Thank you.

Only words cannot express the gratitude I have for this business. First of all, I would like to thank Jennifer, whom I spoke with at least three times. Every time she was gracious and very accommodating. She was never bugged that I asked numerous questions, switched flavors, and called back to make changes to my order. I live in Austin and I couldn't get to Lufkin for the next 90 because of the pandemic. My father's birthday. Not only was my order short notice, but they had no problem going to my parents' care facility and offered and two candles from a grocery store for the 90. My father's birthday to buy! I was blown away from her desire to go beyond and beyond!! I ABSOLUTELY recommend this bakery. And according to my parents and faculty in their care facility, the cupcakes were DELICIOUS!! Thank you. We just had the most delicious German chocolate cake! We traveled in from Austin and absolutely enjoyed stopping in and finally meeting the owners of this fantastic bakery. I would highly recommend ordering ahead of time as they are very busy. Whenever you are in Lufkin, stop by this five star quality bakery.
