Trio Brick Oven Eatery - Lynchburg

Had a very pleasant experience. we sat quickly and immediately took part in our waitress, who was very attentive and friendly. the food was delicious and prepared in a reasonable amount of time. they were pretty busy, but the staff was busy and cared for everyone.

Very friendly staff, but I was not impressed by the pizza. I should have just tried a paprikas because it's hard to screw up. the mushrooms on my pizza look like they were old and should have been discarded. the bark was so thick and dry that I couldn't chew it. I've done almost 1 piece, but it was. I've had her fries since then and they were pretty good.

A 4 star night with great service from Jeremiah and the Manager: greek salad, pepperoni pizza, potato soup, grilled cheese, toon burger, coca cola, and lemonade.5-27-2018 Trying burger and wings tonight. Yummy, perfectly cooked, and Smokey. 12-30-2019 Amber was very attentive, checking frequently, and the Chefs are awesome on this Tuesday evening... a 4 star ecperience.

Well.......the restaurant is clean with lots of room. Our waitress was not rude just could have smiled a little more. Ordered the burger. Just a plain burger Lettuce,tomatoes,mayo.we had a party of 5 nothing huge ordered 2 pizzas 3 bugera. Took at least 45 mins to get our food.my burger had the most pitiful tomatoes and lettuce, that i had to do something i never do ask for more lettuce and tomato. After that the burger was realky good.the pizzas was good just the crust needed to be cooked a little bit longer to give it that great brick over crust. All in all i have had worse. Could have done better for the price.

I haven’t been to Trio in a few years so I was excited to go back because I’ve always had pleasant experiences there. This was not the case this time, unfortunately. I ordered one **** mary and it took 15 minutes to get it. My boyfriend ordered a pizza and I ordered a burger. We waited around an hour to get our food and when it got to our table, it was not worth the wait. He ordered the garlic chicken pizza and it was more like a buffalo chicken pizza and it was barely cooked and certainly not hot. My burger was much better than his pizza but still not worth the hour long wait. We weren’t expecting to be at lunch for over 2 hours. Trio has really gone downhill and it’s extremely unfortunate.
