Customer service the food was great! One of the doors constantly opens by it self ? the lobby is in need of an upgrade.
They’re supposed to close at 1am but they always close way before that time. ??????
I see why this place basically has one star. They will make you sick- be warned and don't waste your money. I had several issues. First, the employee made myBean burritos with a soft taco shell. And when he made it over he didn't give me cheese or sauce just beans!!! I paid for extra cheese and asked for extra sauce so it was spiteful. The nachos were inedible because they were both covered in OLD watery guacamole. If the guacamole was old he shouldn't have given it to me. I want my money back because you couldn't made me a my family sick. I'm definitely going to tell everyone about this location.
This location is disappointing. I ordered four beef tacos, and there was hardly any meat in them. I usually love Hawthorne for their generous portions, but Long Beach and Lynwood really let me down. The service is terrible; I’ve been calling but no one answers to fix my tacos. It seems like whoever is working there, new or not, doesn’t understand the importance of serving satisfying meals. My order was supposed to be four cheesy beef tacos without lettuce, but instead, I got tacos with barely a line of meat and no sauce. I ended up spending $10 for something that felt like Taco Bell, and I’m really not happy. It’s too expensive to eat out and leave feeling disappointed!
