Contribuer aux commentairesI ordered a pizza at 3:30 it said the pizzas will be ready at 3:59. I got there at 4:15 pizzas were not made. Nobody greeted me or the two other customers that were there. They literally ignored us one customer was there like 15 minutes behind him, I came. I was there maybe five the other lady behind me. She was serviced rather quickly when I let the owner know that the pizza is supposed to be ready at 4 o’clock and that I had to go he was like OK bye I’m glad I didn’t spend my money there because the customer service is **** poor and I’m over it , people come to spend their money to feed their families not to be ignored . Plus the people who was working looked high as a giraffes butt hole and sleepy at work ! Won’t be back.
The food is always good. But I went to pick up a pizza and I wasn 't given the option to tip. I asked the cashier how I could tip and he said don 't worry about it, it goes to the store anyway . That was really disheartening and makes me not want to support Marcos. Why would the tips go to the store and not the workers? That 's messed up.
Waited close to 40 minutes although I received confirmation that my pizza was ready. After 15 minutes they brought out my order but it was totally wrong so they had to remake it so it sounds like they never made it . People were calling in and they stated they were not taking any orders. I can tell they were busy but the entire process was ridiculous. People that came in after me got their orders before me. Would not be recommend this location.
I ordered a pizza online at 11:07. I was following my order via email. I saw it was confirmed, preparimg and in the oven.My estimated delivery time was 11:37. At 11:45 I tried to call the store to see if my was on the way. They did not answer the phone or try to call me to let me know that they were not going to deliver it. The only way I knew was when I checked my account to make sure that the money was taken off of my card. It was but was also reversed. MARCO'S I am so disappointed in you. You have to do better in the area of communication.
My grandson doordashed at got a half done pizza and a pepperoni calzon that looked like a kindergarten made and was half done. I called I was at work they told him to bring the food back He's 12 then they asked me to call the dasher to come get the replacement pizza how was supposed to that....... This
