Panera Bread - Avis

Ordered a simple coffee and a roasted bagel. that couldn't be right. was there at 10/31 in the am. the restaurant was not very busy. in register.

I should not even be surprised to see these low reviews here after today's visit at 2:30 o'clock. no juices on the pop machine, no creams except.

How can they not get an order for 2 bagels with cream cheese if it isn't even busy? it would be nice to have another choice in the city for bagels.

This panera is terrible. the service is slow and I didn't get a smoothie I ordered. the season strawberry salad had 2 strawberries throughout. absolutely disapp...

Several times now, the hot chai tea lattes are just steamed milk, no tea, and less than 2/3 full. What's going on?
