Jack's - Madison

My son was hungry, and I decided to stop and get him something from Jack's on January 11th. I ordered him a tender meal, and my son said it was delicious. I noticed when I went to throw away my son's tray that I saw a lot of residue on the side of the trash can. It was old ketchup and food stains. This should have been cleaned up. Then, a blue bucket was sitting on the counter near the trash with dirty water and an old towel for cleaning. This almost made me gag. Although my son was pleased with his food and the workers were friendly, I don't know if I will be visiting this Madison location again.

Loved trying the $6 3-Piece Chicken Fingers, Fries, Cookie for my taste of my experience it was all good, including Unsweet Tea after a big day at work.

I like Jack 's food. But this place needs way more employees. The wait of 15 minutes in a Fast food restaurant is excessive.

This used to be an excellent restaurant. We just went through the drive thru and we're asked to pull up and wait. Both our burgers were cold. I don't mean not hot or warm from sitting too long, rather refrigerated cold. The fries were half cooked and cold, so not sure why we had to pull up to wait. I will never come back to this restaurant!!! The customer service is lacking and needs addressed even for a fast food restaurant.

I eat breakfast here every day before work. I go and dine in and love the workers they are the best! They remember my order and are always friendly. I highly suggest for anyone to go there to eat.
