Volvemos, pero no está claro que días se puede reservar
The combination of Spanish dressed as well as healthy selections make this brunch perfect for everyone. we were a group of 7 and all were satisfied with the experience. staff very friendly and helpful. small space, so reserve.
Had brunch here last Sunday with my man. the setting for the meal was nice, even if we were inside I would certainly in summer it would be amazing. eating was nice and the choices in the buffer are huge. the only case is...the choices for the main dish must be a few more options. we both went for the burger with Foie-Gras, it was okay. the price is quite high, but gicen them the quality of food and the free pour cava is not badly worth it. hotel is beautiful and will defo back when in madrid.
I can't give my opinion on the quality of the brunch and the service, because after almost three weeks to make a reservation, I couldn't finally make it. this was the process: 1. I called a few times, but they said. I should do it online. 2. some days after, I went before the hotel, so I decided to go in and make the reservation face to face. they led me to the restaurant and a dame there at the reception of the restaurant told me that she was really sorry but she could not book for me. I had to go up to the reception of the hotel and they would visit me there. 3. went to the reception of the hotel and tried to book two months in advance. after a while the person called another guy, the boss, and they seemed lost to feel the computer. I asked if there was any problem and they said no, no, no worries, I asked if we could sit in the garden and they told me that the people responsible for reservations were only from 7 o'clock to 2 o'clock, that if I don't mind calling tomorrow at that time so they could book for me. 4. next day I called between 7 and 2. a girl told me that she couldn't book on Saturday that only Sundays are served and that I had to send a post. she gave me the email. 5. I sent a mail showing the date, the hour and the number of people for a Sunday. I received an almost immediate answer say sorry, Sunday the restaurant is closed 6. I called back and spoke to the same girl and she told me that it was an automatic answer, no worries, because if her colleagues read my post, they would answer me correctly. 7. I waited two days and received no further answer. 8. Called the same girl again. she took my phone number and said that the brunettes really are not served by ramon freixa. the restaurant ramon freixa closes on Sundays and the hotel serves the brunettes so it was really a mistake to have called the restaurant. I was really angry at this moment as they could imagine. 9. during the same morning I received an e-mail and a phone call finally apologised that I had annoyed during two weeks, and that she did not place 8 on one table, we had to be separated in 2 tabs. 10. logically I cancelled and now at the ritz, the orfila and intercontinental and received my confirmation in less than half an hour. 11. this is the service/organisation/coordination of an allegedly 5 star luxury hotel from the relais
