Looking for a new place to enjoy breakfast, we stumbled across this gem.
Always spot on food and service.. my favorite place to go when I'm in
Happy simple breakfast restaurant. Their Greek omelette was delicious and the perfect amount of food when split between two people. Staff did great while slammed on a Saturday morning at 10am.
Honey Tree Cafe is not fancy. It’s a comfortable, welcoming, neighborhood cafe with great food and friendly service rather a hidden gem in my opinion.I just finished enjoying a very early dinner consisting of lemon chicken soup (my favorite) and an entree of liver onions with mashed potatoes and a side of gravy. Now, not everyone cares for liver. It’s not particularly difficult to prepare, but do it wrong and you end up with something as tough as a rubber boot. This chef knows his stuff, because the liver was slightly pink and fork tender absolutely perfect! Kudos! We have been patrons of the Honey Tree Cafe since it opened in 2005, and feel fortunate to have such an establishment practically sitting in our neighborhood. We’ve eaten breakfast, lunch, and dinner here, and have never been disappointed and the menu has a wide variety of options from gyros to omelettes! (Be sure to check out their whiteboard listing specials as you enter the restaurant!)Don’t expect glam or fancy touches, but count on a tasty meal in pleasant surroundings, prepared and served by friendly people. Kid friendliness: High chairs available and kid friendly options on the menu
