Would highly recommend to anyone visiting or living in Manchester by the Sea. Certainly our new place to go!
Inattentive and completely uninterested staff. Bland and room temperature pulled chicken tacos. Burger and fries were good to very good. Chicken parm sandwich was very big and pretty tasty. Small menu during Covid, so maybe things will improve.
Such a cute place! I felt bad they opened within a year of the pandemic, as they are a small place with a cozy bar and a handful of tables. During the summer, it was nice as the city would block off space so they were able to add some outdoor seating, but the winter was not kind to them so they closed and should open again soon (they may already be open). The cozy atmosphere is perfect for a few cocktails at the bar with a TV to catch the game. They have a small, but well executed menu that is geared more towards snacks to enjoy while you catch up with friends. Not to say that their entrees aren't worth trying. They change up the menu periodically, but always have their solid Mooring Burger. Their oysters are always fresh and a great match for a good local beer. I look forward to the warmer weather and a place to hang outside and people watch!
The vibe doesn't really go with the name. Bartender didn't know what a penicillin was. Dan Dan noodles were good, siracha makes it better. Clean and cozy.
Easily one of the best dining experiences ever had. From outstanding atmosphere, attentive staff to stellar food this place hits it out of the park. It's hard to pick a favorite out of all the food we tried, but honestly the french dip sandwich is easily one of the best around. The pizza doesn't disappoint either! We will be back for sure and can't wait to try some more of the menu!
