The Winter Garden At Refuge

We sat at the table and waited for 25 minutes before we got up and out. no one came over to welcome us, a table next to us went there even after 40 minutes and received no confirmation

Excellent service. friendly staff..food was excellent

The afternoon was a bit disappointing. there was too much concrete on the cakes and not enough hearty objects. the waiters were a bit hit and miss with their attention.

Absolutely lovely afternoon tea. The good was delicious and beautiful. The setting was lovely and relaxing and the service was perfect friendly and relaxed. We loved it!

Booked tea for two which was lovely, infact everything was perfect. It's not a criticism, just a suggestion really, maybe give people a choice of teas such as a sandwich selection and the choice of cakes, as I did find the tea on offer more sweet than savoury?
