Popeyes always taste good. But in days when the lobby is closed, the staff should put a shield on the door. This will save the customer from the parking lot, walking to the door, drag him back to the car to drive thru. No one should have to explain why that would make sense and be regarded as good customer service. It's so frustrating.

The lobby was closed, no notice was published at the door. I went the ride thru and I was never so disappointed at any other place. The chicken pliers were warm and hard. I ordered a 5-piece meal and ate one. I also ordered a hot apple cinnamon cake, not only was it not warm, but the hand written date on the holder was 12/30. If the cake was right 39 days old and it tasted like it. Popeyes, this franchise is a shame for your name!

This is very slow. Driving through is the only thing that is open, no matter how you order. 90 percent of the time your order is wrong, and I have to get a call from the management. I'm forced to drive 10 miles to other Popeyes to enjoy the meal. Parking: You are forced to park in the car as it is the only one open.

I arrived at 9:30 yesterday and waited for her at 10. At 10:01 I went through the ride thru waited 5 minutes and always said hello. Nobody said anything. I went back and went to the door. It was locked. Why is it locked and it's after 10 o'clock. So I waited for two other cars to go through. I'm back. She said it was 15 minutes. Okay, cool. I waited 30 minutes for the old tiny wings. So I came out to complain got 1 chest in replacement when I asked if I could have 2. I look at the lady, choose larger wings and chest to give me a smaller chest. I paid for three pieces of white. So a chest and a wing cost the same. Then my cinnamon tastes apple cake bad. Never.

Absolutely no customer service skills taking order at drive thru from employee. Then a different employee taking money could only tell me the amount of my order, nothing else was ever said. Gave me my change wadded up, handed me a sack without a word. Food was over cooked and a waste of my wadded up money. I will never ever buy anything at this location. No wonder I hardly see anyone here everytime I drive by. Should have heeded the warning.
