Mcdonald's - Mantua

Waited over 30 minutes for food after being told to pull into a spot to wait for fries. We were forgotten about. Went inside and they were rude and annoyed. They began to get my food together and said I would have to wait for fries yet again. I kindly asked for a refund and was given one. No apology given. Poor customer service. Got my order wrong twice. It was simple I wanted a quarter pounder with just ketchup, onions and pickles. Came out plain. Girl at drive up said I had to get to end of drive through line. I said no way then she said ok wr will bring out to you. This one had everything on it . I gave up Just through it away after a couple bites. Plus both were dripping with grease.
