Door wasn't unlocked and they wouldn't let us in at 8:30. They close at 9

The food was OK, Gelato was not fresh, and the music was FAR too loud inside. Also? They need better ventilation, all you can smell is the fry maker.

First time here since I live about 45 minutes away, but I always wanted to try it, I got the Wicked, and it was really good and now my favorite.

First time trying Which Wich, I walked in and stopped to see the menu that was on the side wall. Then walked to the counter to order. Some lady yells make sure you got your bag filled out I 'm thinking what bag. Nothing told me to write my order on a bag hung on the wall with markers in a sunken cup on the counter under the menu. The sandwich was not at all delicious. I had higher expectations than subway and it 's the exact same. From food on the tables to soda syrup dripping down the back of the machine. In my opinion just skip Which Wich. Firehouse subs still tops the sandwich market in my opinion.
